"As you can see in the photos, the neckline didn’t have the cute frill shown on the website. It gives the impression it is ripped/frayed. Even my 6 year old daughter commented “it looks ripped”. It is a shame because the material and fit is nice despite that but I have organised to return it because that was not the look I was going for."
