"I wanted to love this bag, unfortunately the quality is quite poor and it is not able to be returned for a refund/store credit. The bag does look like the picture but the one I received has a large indent from the chain across the front of the bag that has not leveled out. It also has white fabric coming through the black exterior seams. This is visible from over 10 feet away. I know it is a very good price but I can't say that I want to be seen using this bag and since it can't be returned, it really was a waste of money."

"nice size back, love the shoulder strap option of short or long. But the material is a bit cheap. It's a good night out bag but not quite as polished as I would have liked for corporate events."
