"Good shop and products but a lack of comms on my recent order. Purchased a top and a dress for my wife for xmas. The top was too big. Followed the instructions to do an exchange. I paid a little more for the replacement garments. Paid the $10 exchange fee. Added a hair clip to the order to qualify for postage. Sent the return item. I received a hair clip in the mail and a refund amount with no comms about the other replacement garments, how the refund was calculated, etc. Sent a support query. Received no response. Hair clip is cute."

"Lovely color and works - however after a difficult time with the order being made for same day delivery (paid for this service) and not receiving it for 3 days and then customer care basically saying “oh well, too bad” -when my order arrived this clip had scratches and dents all through the paintwork. Sadly, given all of these issues - have given up on Petal and Pup."
