Lovely dress, just a small size.
"The pattern and design of the dress is lovely, but it is small, and because the fabric doesn’t give and is thick you don’t have a lot of room to fluctuate in sizing. I’m 170cm tall and a usual size 10 (sometimes 8 even) and I ordered a size 12 of this dress, however I have a bit of an apple shape if I were to make a reference on how my hips store weight to the rest of my body. Usually if a dress hugs tighter on the belly or hips and doesn’t flatter I’ll wear spanks and it fixes the look of the dress but not in this one. I ordered a size 12 (up a a size) and the dress would fit without the zip fully up, I would need some sort of boning spank wear to make it happen over the hips as it’s like it needs a straight line pencil shape to work. It’s not so much you need to order 2 sizes up, you need the slim hips and very athletic body shape without any curve in the lower half to make it work I feel. I am 62 kgs and 170cm, slim build but not that pencil shape hips. I think I’d need to lose 10 kilos to fit into this size 12 dress, which is very odd as I wear sizes 8-10 in other brands.
