"First of all, I want to start with the customer service. I ordered the Bentley Knit Sweater-Oatmeal sweater that I needed to exchange for a different size; not only was the process streamlined and easy, it was efficient and within a couple weeks I received my exchange. A representative reached out to me by email, to check in and make sure that all of my needs have been met, and this personal touch was definitely something surprising and delightful. I received my sweater, it’s excellent quality, the material is soft And the color is just as pictured, and maybe a shade darker. The one thing I would say, is that the larger size didn’t necessarily get longer which I had hoped it would, it did get wider, unfortunately. I’m going to keep the sweater due to the quality, color and workmanship, and deal with the fact that it is oversized. To give you reference, I am five 8 1/2, approximately 130 pounds and initially got the medium, which hung just below my hip bones; I had hoped to wear the sweater with leggings, so I exchanged it for a larger size, hoping it would hang A few inches longer, but the Length really only improved an inch or so. I’d love to see Petal & Pup have a “tall” Option, but I will definitely recommend them to friends and family!"
