Stunning but not well made

"I love the colour and design especially the rouging on the stomach however I don’t no who tried it on and decided on the sizing because the halter straps are just way too long and stretchy so I could only wear it if I cut it and sew the ends myself (which who wants to do that if you’re not thrifting). Both myself and friend are the same size one with a small but one with a larger one, isn’t right on either of use without changing the halter so I can’t blame the build as the problem either. Such a nice colour for summer and very flattering if the halter issue is resolved"
