Nice dress but didn’t work

"Loved the design, color, and fabric of this dress. I am looking for a dress to wear to a beach wedding and it felt a little too heavy for that. At the waist the bottom half went out a little more/was wider than I was expecting based on the picture but that couldve been because I am short so it was bunching up on the ground and I would’ve needed to hem it. The top fit well but the cups didn’t hit my chest in the right way, the line of the cup hit like the middle of my breasts and in pictures I didn’t think it looked very flattering."
