"My shopping experience with this store was very disappointing from start to finish. The shipping experience was awful. When my parcel arrived in New Zealand, neither the Australia Post app nor the NZ Post app showed which collection point it had been delivered to. Both simply stated that it was waiting at a collection point somewhere in New Zealand. I had to spend a considerable amount of time investigating before I was finally able to locate my parcel. Unfortunately, the dress itself was equally disappointing. The fit was completely off—the skirt and sleeves were far too long, yet I couldn't even close the dress over my bust. The fabric also looked and felt much cheaper than it appeared in the photos. To make matters worse, when I tried to return the dress, I discovered that the company only offered store credit rather than a refund to my original payment method. Given my experience, I have no interest in ordering from this store again, so store credit is of little value. Overall, this was a poor shopping experience, and I would not recommend this retailer."
