Upon closer inspection, it became apparent that the zip line was torn and had been poorly re-stitched, making it difficult to use and potentially prone to further damage. This is clearly a manufacturing defect and unacceptable for a brand-new garment. To make matters worse, the return process was incredibly unpleasant. I was informed that I would be responsible for the return shipping costs despite the dress being faulty. This is particularly disappointing considering the product itself was defective and should not have been sold in the first place. This entire experience has been highly unsatisfactory."
