"I received this items with several folds and creases and it’s just about impossible to get them out . I reached out to Petal and Pup and you told me to remove them with a hair dryer. Tried it for ages with little success so I’m stuck now. According to directions you can’t wash or iron the item. This is the first time I came across such an issue Buyer be aware"
