Disappointing

"The sleeves are about 4" too long for me and the jacket itself is beyond oversized. I ordered an XL, measure chest at 43", hips 45". According to the size chart, the XL was correct size for me, but I should have ordered a Large. I had my boyfriend wear it (broader chest, longer arms, taller) and it fit him as a proper oversized jacket. Additionally, the material feels very poor quality. I have cropped faux leather jackets that weigh more (I checked). I wish I could return it, or at least exchange for a Large, but all sales are final, so I took a shot and it didn't work out."
