Didn’t receive dresses; bad customer service
"My experience was atrocious. I ordered 7 dresses and paid for overnight shipping and only received one dress. Still haven’t seen the 6 others!!! And it has been impossible to get into contact with an actual human to fix the problem. This left me scrambling to find another option ahead of a wedding tomorrow. Horrible experience I will never order from here again."

"I waited for this dress to come in in my size and once it did, it went into my cart immediately. Unfortunately, the dress is made for a much taller person. I’m only 5 feet tall and I need a petite. I loved it, but had to send it back because it just didn’t fit me proportionally. It’s a beautiful dress, very well-made and I love the fabric. Wish it would’ve worked out."
