"The fabric quality is weak and sheer, see through in the sun. The waist of the skirt is stretchy but too small for each size. The matching top has arm holes too small to life your arms in and is also a poor fabric."
Not what they used to be
"Last time I purchased this skirt it was made of linen. The waistband eventually wore out and as this was reasonably cheap and I like Petal and Pup I wanted to repurchase. The skirt is now made from Rayon. So, plastic. It does not breathe, it gets crinkles easily, and looks cheap. I am used to better from Petal and Pup but I will be questioning the quality going forwards. The featured picture is also from when the skirt was made from linen. This borders on false advertising and I should have made a bigger deal about it. Additionally, Petal and Pup only allowed me to return for store credit."
