"This dress is so cute!! However it is way big! I bought the small and wanted to exchange for xs. Since I was exchanging I wanted the same price but was told no by AI. When chatting, I got an AI response. I would return it and have to purchase the smaller size for more money and pay shipping. Nope. Sad that no human contacted me about the exchange.
