The dress is beautiful and
"The dress is beautiful and very comfortable but I had some issues with the lace-up back. I tried it on once before wearing it for the wedding I was in where I didn't even fully lace up the back and then hung it up in my closet for a couple months. Well, right before the wedding I realized multiple grommets had tore free from the fabric. When I reached out to the company with photos and a description they said it was too long after I purchased the item for them to help me. While I respect that they have a time-frame in their return policy, I was frustrated as it wasn't something I did to the dress (was just hanging in my closet for 3 months). With that said, the dress is beautiful but I would just caution that it may be more cheaply made. My friend and I ended up adding thicker fabric on the inside of the dress to reinforce the new grommets."

I tried it on when it arrived and had it in the closet until I needed it for the wedding I'm in. I reached out to customer service but they said it was too long after my purchase for them to help me. While I respect having a time frame on return policies, I'm frustrated since it was a quality issue. My friend and I ended up sewing some panels on the back of the dress to reinforce it and installed new grommets."
